What data we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form: name, work email, company, role, what you are looking for and, if you choose to fill them in, the ERP in use, your main bottleneck and a free-text note. The site also records technical browsing data, such as traffic source and pages visited.
What we use it for
To reply to your inquiry, prepare the commercial conversation and understand which channels bring people to BI Smart. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties.
Legal basis
Processing relies on your consent when submitting the form and on the legitimate interest of answering a commercial request you initiated.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers that run this site and record the commercial contact, strictly limited to that purpose. No data is used for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
For as long as the commercial relationship lasts or until you ask for deletion, whichever comes first. Legally required records are kept for the period the law demands.
Your rights
You can request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Just write to comercial@bismart.com.br.

We use only what the site needs to work, including remembering the language you chose. We do not use advertising cookies.
